Survey reports can be tailored to suit specific requirements ranging from a simple letter report to an ‘executive summary’ or a full building survey report. Each report contains details of pertinent defects, statutory compliance and can include reference to budget costs for identified disrepair. Party Wall Legislation

Advising clients on party wall matters. We accept appointment by either building owners or adjoining owners under the Party Wall Etc. Act 1996. We also have experience of acting as 3rd surveyor in accordance with the legislation. The provision of initial advice in an attempt to limit the legislative implications before commencement of construction work is also becoming more popular with our clients and is a service we regularly provide.
